About Maria: ✨A Portuguese Londoner with a background in Biomedical sciences & a love for the magnificent bodies we have.
With a deep connection with spirit since a very young age, my individual journey of awakening led me to a plant based lifestyle and the practice and lifestyle of yoga. Having walked in connection and consciousness in the co-navigation of spirit & body for over 10 years now, my journey led me to be of service in all the learning I developed that changed my way of being so fully 🙏🏽

Reiki is a form of energy healing to bring alignment to the energetic & physical body. It aids in stress reduction, brings relaxation and promotes healing.
A practioner will move their hands above your body and can also touch lightly some specific energetic points.
This clears & resets any blockages and stagnacies present in your physical and energetic body.
Through Reiki you are allowing yourself to open & connect to all and any emotions and to attune & receive connection to high vibrational frequencies.

Attuning through sound we work with the amazing healing effects of sound and the different vibrational waves.
In this session we combine a deep state of relaxation, with a light hypnosis through a guided sound journey, as the physical & energetic bodies journey we work through the physical energetic centres & pressure points to attune your physical and energetic bodies to the a higher vibration through the use of sound bowls, a tuning fork and other instruments.
In this session we are healing any densities of the body & spirit and realigning and reactivating your body & energy in a higher vibration.

Womb Healing (1.45h)
The womb healing works on the 3 main energy centres that connect us to divine feminine energy. And the 5 energy centres in the womb that correspond to a 5 pointed star symbol and its long association with the divine feminine and goddess Venus.
One of the centre helps heal our hormonal cycle, the other centre helps heal the heart and issues of love, caring, giving and receiving. And our third centre works on accepting the energies of the 4 female archetypes and our cycles.
This healing is designed to cleanse the physical womb by gently clearing blocks and stagnancies and replenishing the divine, powerful & intuitive centre of the womb.

What is a Sound Journey & what are its benefits?
Sound & different vibrations have an immense activation of healing as each frequency, instrument, vibrations works to attune our body & spirit.

In this workshop we explore the pillars of the divine feminine, what they are and how we can embody them in how we feel and move through this world.
